The US Green Real Estate Council (USGREC) is a non-for-profit business membership organization devoted to the building, and profitable marketing and operations of sustainable developments. Our goal is to serve as a proponent and leader, working with the real estate industry centers of influence to promote sound consensus-based standards to enhance the successful building, marketing and operations of high performance and green buildings.
USGREC bridges the gap between green building rating systems and the organizations which maintain those systems, and the marketing and profitable operation of sustainable buildings.
